By Will • Apr 17th, 2009 • Category: PROformance MVP
Ray Chest has been chosen as the Sullivan PROformance MVP for his record shattering performance in the Youth Sports Camp. Ray broke “5″ Sullivan PROformance speed, agility and strength records for the ages 6-13. Ray posted an electronically timed 1.77 10-yd dash and 3.11 in the 20-yd dash. He also did 50 push-ups in 1 min and 27 pull-ups on the Total Gym in 1min. Ray also performed 50 In/Outs, this is a core exercise where an athlete lays on his back and brings his knees back and forth to his chest. Because of his performance Ray will be moved to the High School group for the summer. Great Job Ray!!!!

Will,
I first want to thank you for being so kind to Keegan and myself. You are a dream come true in our life (ok maybe my life), it is so hard to find a person who does what you do and understands that sometimes we can afford to pay alot for your kind of training. I know that Keegan is special and has special talents, we just needed someone who can bring out more from him. And I truly believe that we have found that person and it is YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I just hope that we can get Keegan completely healed for the start of Varsity this year. And I would like to take this time to invite you to one of Keegan’s home game. If it is possible I would very much appreciated.
Thank you for your time in reading this e-mail and for getting to know you
