Sullivan PROformance currently offers programs for the following skill levels:

  • PRO
  • High School / College
  • Youth
  • Personal

Sullivan PROformance programs are custom designed either individually or for a group setting. PROformance programs will enhance position skill potential through creativity, technique and speed. We thrive to provide a thorough athletic evaluation for every athlete. Every program has a different evaluation based upon the sport or event that an athlete is preparing for. The results of your testing will assist us in developing the framework of your program so that you will not waste your time training an area that does not need immediate attention. Our focus in training is to find the problem and solve it with drills that will work for you or your group. We also test every drill with the latest in testing technology. We use the Speed Trap 1 and Nike Sparq electronic timers for “accurate” speed & agility results. To measure the vertical, we use the Vertec to provide an “accurate” measure of an athlete’s vertical leg power. When you train with Sullivan PROformance you will be pushed, encouraged, and challenged in every area of your physical and mental ability.

Every month you will have the opportunity to become the Sullivan PROformance MVP of the month. The only criteria is consistency, hard work and results. You will be featured on the front page of SullivanPROformance.com and it will allow you and your family the opportunity to take pride in your dedication and desire. We are not in the business of blowing a whistle and giving you a high five for “trying”, we strive to see every repetition performed with the correct technique and effort. If we are not passionate about helping you reach your goals, we are not doing our job as trainers. We are more concerned with you becoming a better person off the field because hard work will pay off eventually, but your character will pay off now.
