NFL Combine Training (Electronic Timing)

Athletes will be evaluated and prepared to excel in the rigorous drills of a NFL combine, College Pro Day Workout or a team specific workout. Drill prep in the 40-yd dash, Short Shuttle, 3-Cone, Vertical & Broad Jump, 225 lb bench press, and various position drills. Athlete’s weight and nutrition will be monitored.

Speed & Conditioning Camp (Electronic Timing)

This is an off-season program for all sports. Athletes will be taught the proper running mechanics along with receiving the proper conditioning for the upcoming season. Sullivan PROformance teaches speed through a variety of simple but important drills that reinforce the ability to accelerate quickly and maintain top speed laterally and straight ahead. This program is technique based but well suited for first time participants in speed training.


Position Enhancement (Sport Specific)

This program is what put Sullivan PROformance on the sports map. This has been a favorite for athletes that want to increase their ability to perform at a higher level at their respective or prospective position. If you are new to the position or just want to receive an evaluation that points out your weaknesses and strengths, this is the program for you. Athletes are thoroughly evaluated and given a training program that includes creativity, technique and speed. Film study, field instruction and position specific drills are the foundation of this program. This program is sure to take your game to the next level. Receive top of the line analysis from current and former pro players that can share with you the secrets of separation by preparation. Sports Camp (Competitive)

Due to the lack of core strength, balance and planting mechanics, athletes of all ages have become increasingly injury prone. This program is at the root of an athlete’s fundamentals in sports activities. Through plyometrics, core strength training and a variety of creative and competitive drills, athletes become better balanced, stronger and more explosive in their respective sport. This group consist of athletes from different sports who are eager to attain more lateral quickness/speed and consistency with their running/jumping mechanics.
