Sullivan Proformance

Introducing Coach William Sullivan:

Coach Will Sullivan has appeared in the New York Post, USA Today, TBN, Fox Sports, The New York Times and has also been a guest analyst for wide receivers and defensive backs for ESPN Radio.  He has also appeared in ESPN the magazine  and appeared as a training specialist in the documentary “Young, Focused and Driven,” the story of  golden gloves champion Jose Benavidez.  In 2008-09, Coach Sullivan had trained 4 NFL players who participated in the NFL Pro Bowl.  In 2009-10, Coach Sullivan increased that number to 8 NFL players who participated in the NFL Pro Bowl in Miami, FL. 

Will played football collegiately at Bowling Green State University as a wide receiver and defensive back. After graduating, he played professionally for 5 years in the CFL and Arena One Football League. In 2004, Will founded Sullivan PROformance where he trains athletes of all ages using thorough evaluations, detailed video analysis and creative drills that are relevant to an athlete’s particular sport.  Coach Sullivan’s speed and agility camps for lacrosse, tennis, hockey, track, softball, baseball, football, basketball, volleyball and soccer have been touted as one of the best speed development programs in the country.  His youth programs for athletic development have resulted in major success for kids from the ages of 6-13 year’s old. 

Outside of being a speed and position specialist, Will also was the defensive back coach in 2009 for the Marcos De Niza High School Varsity football team in Tempe, Arizona.  In his first year at Marcos, Will had 4 All-region defensive backs and 1 All-State defensive back who didn’t have an interception all season.  Marcos De Niza was tied for the lead in the state with 23 interceptions and reached the state championship for the first time in school history.  Coach Sullivan was also a defensive back assistant  intern during training camp for the Arizona Cardinals in 2009 and is currently the wide receiver coach for one of the top programs in the state of Arizona, Brophy College Prep in Phoenix.  

Will is also a sought-after speaker for national leadership and faith-based events. He has been the keynote speaker for the Fiesta Bowl and Nick Lowery’s NBNY Leadership Conference. 

Will is also a licensed Pastor/Evangelist and is the director of the sports and young adults ministry at Desert Life Church.  Will is currently an associate pastor at Desert Life Church in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Where Will and his wife Patty have served at for the last 9-years.
