August MVP: Adam Bergen signs with Baltimore Ravens

Adam Bergen has been selected as the inaugural Sullivan PROformance MVP for the month of August 2008. Adam has constantly showed a desire to get better and has constantly outworked his training partners every week. Adam has improved in all of his testing numbers in the past year. This 250lb TE ran a 4.5 40 yd dash with a 1.4 ten yd dash, a 4.00 short shuttle,38 inch vertical and has also refined his route running and pass catching ability. Adam spent 2 years as the starting TE for the Arizona Cardinals and just this month signed a contract with the Baltimore Ravens.

    As many of you may know i have been named the athlete of the month for august for Sullivan Proformance. The main reason for that is my festivus dominance. Right now i am in Baltimore playing for the Ravens. We have just broken camp and are back at the facility in Ownings Mills. This coming Saturday we will be having our third preseason game against the Rams. On a side note i just want to thank Will for working with me all through out last season and the offseason. Because of all of his work with me in the area of speed and conditioning and position drills i feel that i am in the best shape i have been in and due to it have been having a good camp. We all know that Will works you hard but it is all worth it. Bergen
