Sullivan PROformance Youth Sports Camp (Ages 5 -13)

Mondays 5p-6p, Friday 5p-6p

This program is for beginners, intermediate and even advanced athletes ages 5-13 that want to build a foundation of core strength, balance, overall physical strength, agility and speed. The functional training aspect of this camp, will allow any athlete of any sport to perform athletic movements that will increase the likelihood of obtaining more confidence and develop muscle memory. With Physical Education now becoming extinct in our schools and with the evolution of video games this program is great for getting your kids off the couch or allowing your more advanced kids the time to work on developing their craft to becoming a better athlete during their physical growth spurts.

  1. Hey Will. I’m looking for a speed program for my grandson, Jordan, age 13. What do you recommend for him?
    He played football for Kenny King for a couple of years.
